When it rains.....

As if having KRS-one here next month and Tribe called Quest next week I believe wasn't enough now the word is that Rakim will be here in about two weeks. Oh man, talk about your deluge of hip hop icons! In my opinion that's having the number 1 and 2 best hip hop artists of all time (forget Biggie and Pac) performing right after each other. Ok so somebody aint getting Christmas presents cause I got to go get me a Rakim ticket.

In other news, had a couple of calypso shows with popular Caribbean artists up here this weekend. All I have to say about that is if you are a new breaking artist with like one hot song, possibly first time on tour outside of your country, you really shouldn't come all the way up here, get drunk and forget half your lyrics. Come on son be professional!

That sound like self-sabotage, man...that artiste with one hot song, first time touring, getting drunk, etc.

And the thing is, they would turn around and blame somebody else!

I was in T&T for carnival the year a certain artist had a huge hit remaking a song from a certain group that's on the label of a dude who's baby mama is expecting twins. Anyhow we were at the T&T Hilton and he came up to me and told me he wanted to sing me a song. I did not recognize him from Adam. He proceeded to get up on stage call my name out and sing his highly sexual song to me in front of my entire family. It wasn't cute.

Give us some hints on who the artist was.

I will say what most are afraid to say KRS-one is over rated and underrated...his fans rate him way too high while most people do not rate him as high as he should be. As to the quest show I saw them when they reformed and I loved it but I would say look out they are known to no-show a lot so some of my friends have stopped trying to see them!
