Dirty Spring

Hurray for warmer weather! Couldnt come too soon in my opinion. Brutal winter we've had. Cold to rattle the bones!
My only complaint about warmer weather is the initial dirt that we see when the snow melts. Its like everyone has emptied their garbage under the snow and now with the melt we see it all: Cans, fast food paper bags, coffee cups, bottles etc etc. Yuck!

Ewww, and then there are those giant hard piles of icy snow that linger in corners of parking lots for days and days after the rest of the snow is gone.

We haven't seen snow here in weeks, so it's gone even though it has been unusually cold.

I'm down for the spring...but not excited for summer. Spring and Fall are my times.

that's not the only thing that settled to the ground when the snow melted

remember all those dogs wearing their little winter outfits as they skidded on the ice?

Damn! And I thought Spring was all about warmer weather and flowers blooming and radiating all kind of beautiful flowers.

maybe it's because i live in the heat, but i have to admit i love the winter... admittedly, it's a bit more biting in bits of canada than elsewhere, but spring always reminds me that i'm going to start sweating again soon...

*shrug*

No, no, this thing about garbage under snow ain't true, we all KNOW that those places are immaculate!

Now I know why December-January here was chilly...weather up north affected us.

Do you think you can rustle up a cooooool summer so we don't suffer here, July-August? Thank you.

that's a good way of seeing things. I love Spring, Winter-no, summer not too much but better than winter.
